Rivka Yablonsky, Broker of Record
Rivka Yablonsky is a lifelong resident of Ocean County with strong family ties. She has been licensed and actively involved in real estate since 1999. She worked closely with the late Edward Goldberg, vice-chairman of the New Jersey Real Estate Commission where she gained a wealth of experience. After successfully developing relationships with numerous investors and homeowners Rivka & her husband Eric opened their own office in 2004. Rivka graduated from Maimonides College with a B.A. in Humanities when she was 18.
Yerucham Yablonsky, President
Yerucham Yablonsky, commonly known as Eric, has been involved in the real estate industry since 2001. He has a wealth of experience including: property management, residential and commercial sales and mortgages. Eric worked at First Universal Network for several years as a loan officer where he gained a host of experience in finance. In 2004, he and his wife Rivka opened up Othello Realty. Eric and Rivka currently live in Lakewood with their two children.
Michael Guttman, Sales Associate, Mercer County
Michael Guttman is personable, dynamic, and extremely honest. The basis of his dealing is on a foundation of honesty, reliability, and loyalty. Which is the reason he closed over 125 transactions since he joined Othello Realty in January, 2005. Michael focuses his attention on investments in Mercer County (Trenton and surrounding area).
David Taplin, Sales Associate, Commercial
David Taplin has been living in Lakewood all his life. He is actively involved in local politics which has given him extensive knowledge with zoning, planning, and ordinance issues which can come up in real estate transactions, specifically commercial transactions. David is intimately familiar with property management, construction matters, and most types of commercial real estate. |
